What will you be doing?
During your internship, you’ll work on the implementation of Activity-Based Costing (ABC) within our ERP system (ISAH). The goal? To improve cost allocation accuracy, enabling us to better determine gross margins per project and support strategic decision-making. You’ll start by analyzing our current cost calculation methods, identifying gaps and inefficiencies. From there, you’ll develop an ABC model and ensure its integration into our ERP environment. Along the way, you’ll collaborate closely with the Finance and IT teams, test and evaluate new methods, document the process, and present your findings and recommendations to management at the end of your internship. Sounds like a challenge you’re ready for, right?
Your application will be reviewed by our recruiter and the hiring manager. We aim to respond within three business days and will let you know within two weeks whether you’ve been selected for an interview.
If you make it through the first selection, we’ll invite you for an introductory meeting. You’ll meet with the manager, recruiter, and potential colleagues over the course of two interviews. Together, we’ll explore whether your experience, personality, and way of working align with our culture and the position.
If the fit feels right for both sides, we’ll make you an offer
Once you’ve accepted the offer, we’ll go over the final details together — like your start date. To ensure a smooth start, we’ll stay in touch leading up to your first day, so you’ll feel welcome from the very beginning.
