As an R&D Project Manager at HITEC, I’m part of a multidisciplinary team working on the development and design of a new product. What makes this role truly exciting is being involved in the entire development journey — from the initial concept and theoretical groundwork, to building a scale model, creating a prototype, and finally launching a fully developed commercial product.
But that’s just one part of the process. We also design the testing facilities and manage the transition from the R&D phase to actual production, after which the product is installed around the world. Being able to contribute to this process — and doing so alongside a fantastic team of inspiring people — is truly unforgettable.
